In the blogger app - there are two little icons on the bottom - a camera and a photo. Choose the photo and it will take you to the photo gallery.I have never managed to do it from Safari

I'd love to answer your email so please make sure your email address is enabled. In Blogger, go to Edit Profile, and under Privacy, tick the 3rd block and then Save Profile :)
